Certifications MultiBel

Certifications are important to demonstrate that MultiBel meets the requirements in terms of privacy, compliance, and reliability. Kiwa conducts an expert and impartial annual audit to verify whether we evaluate and improve our processes and services.

ISO 27001

Information security

The ISO 27001 certification is a globally recognized standard for information security. Our certification confirms that we have thoroughly considered the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information within our systems and processes.

MultiBel also meets the compliance requirements of ISO 19600. This standard provides guidelines for establishing, developing, implementing, evaluating, maintaining, and improving an effective compliance management system within an organization. It serves as a foundation for corporate social responsibility.

In addition, MultiBel complies with the NEN 7510 standard, which is specifically applied within the healthcare sector.

Building evacuation

The Dutch Building Decree in the Netherlands “Bouwbesluit” sets system and quality requirements that organizations must meet to ensure people can evacuate safely. The MultiBel system is the first cloud-based alert system in Europe authorized to serve as a certified silent alarm installation in accordance with the NEN 2575-4 standard. In 2020, MultiBel obtained the required K21047 certificate, also known as the Wireless Silent Alarm System (WSAS) certificate. This certification is a general quality mark from which all our customers benefit. It demonstrates that MultiBel meets the standards for system availability, security, monitoring, and redundancy.

K21023

Mobile Security Protection of Persons

This certification scheme is based on the European Council Directive 89/391/EEC and outlines the European standards for the protection of individuals and mobile assets. Both the European and Dutch Occupational Health and Safety Acts state that resources must be made available to ensure the safety of employees. The K21023 scheme enables the certification of personal safety measures. The MultiBel app is the first app to be Kiwa-certified for the protection of lone workers (scopes 2, 3, and 4).

NEN 8112

Emergency Response Organization

The NEN 8112 standard sets requirements for an organization’s Emergency Response Organization (ERO). The ERO is one of the three pillars of (fire) safety, alongside structural and technical installations. MultiBel contributes to all three pillars in terms of control measures, ERO design, implementation, communication, safeguarding, and performance measurement.
