The process went very smoothly. MultiBel is not only willing to assist with any questions but also actively thinks along with us when issues arise and keeps us informed about improvements that may be relevant to our organization.
At DSM Coating Resins, MultiBel has been configured with scenarios for fire (evacuation) and first aid, as well as for lockdown situations and unauthorized visitors. The attendance registration feature is in use, and the communication module is used to a limited extent.

The system is easy to use. If problems occur, MultiBel is quick to find a solution.

DSM Coating Resins provided several valuable improvement suggestions to MultiBel. One important enhancement concerned the app, where notifications were not always immediately visible. This issue was quickly resolved in a subsequent app update. Other suggested improvements are currently being reviewed by our development team.
