Roster integration and on-call feature

MultiBel can alert you based on your schedule / duty timetable. You can add different schedules, for example a schedule for IT staff, emergency response team members or production employees. It can be set per scenario and per function whether an alarm should be triggered on the basis of a schedule. For example, we can alert production employees based on the timetable and always call the manager.

Swap shifts and view schedules

Via the MultiBel app, users have insight into their own schedule and can exchange shifts among themselves. The colleague will receive a notification with a request to exchange the shift. When the person accepts the shift, the shift is exchanged. It is also possible to view the timetables from the web application.

Automatically notify a replacement

If someone who is called does not respond or does not respond quickly enough, MultiBel can automatically alert a replacement. No time is wasted with manual and slow call lists. This way you are assured of sufficient assistance.
