Visitor Registration – Always insight into current visitors

In the event of an emergency, visitors are often not sufficiently aware of all safety protocols. This makes it more difficult for emergency response teams (ERT) to determine whether a building has been fully evacuated. With our visitor registration module, the ERT knows exactly which visitors are present in the building and those visitors receive phone instructions about what is expected of them.

Real-time visibility and immediate alerting.

In emergencies, more is needed than just knowing who is present. With MultiBel, you not only have an overview of your visitors, but also the ability to easily alert everyone on-site — for example, in case of a fire. By registering visitors in MultiBel, you can immediately warn them during an incident and, if desired, send instructions.

Easy sign-in and sign-out

Visitors can register via the reception desk, an iPad or kiosk at the entrance, a computer, or even their own smartphone. Signing out can also be configured flexibly: manually upon departure, automatically after a set period, or a combination of both.
