MultiBel at Rhein-Maas Klinikum

At Rhein-Maas Klinikum, MultiBel is used to alert staff in the event of IT disruptions and technical incidents. Using predefined groups and alerting chains, the system ensures that the right people are notified based on their duty roster. Any staff member can report an incident — either by phone or via the desktop application.

It is essential that different qualifications are always available to handle incidents effectively. By integrating duty rosters, this requirement is automatically met. In addition, acknowledgment functions and clear communication channels provide a shared real-time overview of the situation.

Our requirements for efficient incident alerting were fully met. During an extensive demo phase, we were able to test the MultiBel system in a live environment and configure it to our specific needs. The transition to the live system went smoothly and without any issues.
